Bio
Timothy P. Howard (b.1961) is a composer/arranger/conductor from Owosso, Michigan. Tim has been involved in music education for over 30 years, teaching band and general music K-12. After retiring from New Lothrop Area Public Schools in 2018, Tim decided to follow his dream of music composition. Building on his experience in band and theory, he wrote his first few pieces for his own ensembles. Now he is studying composition with Chris Evan Hass.

Tim holds degrees in Music Education from Asbury University (B.S.) and the University of Miami (M.M. Ed.), Coral Gables, Florida.
